Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 May 2026 · Neuronest, Chiang Mai, Thailand
1. About These Terms
These terms govern the relationship between Neuronest ("we", "us") and anyone who uses the Neuronest website or enrols in a course ("you"). Neuronest is an online AI development school based at 17 Charoen Prathet Road, Chang Khlan, Muang, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand.
By using the site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.
2. Courses and Enrolment
Neuronest currently offers three online courses:
- First Steps in AI Coding — ฿4,000 — 8 weeks
- Hands-On Machine Learning — ฿15,800 — 12 weeks
- AI Engineering Portfolio Track — ฿34,200 — 16 weeks
Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation message from us. Course access begins from the date we confirm your enrolment. Prices are in Thai Baht and are subject to change; the price applicable to your enrolment is the one confirmed at the time of payment.
Course timelines are guides. Self-paced learners may work more slowly or quickly. If you need additional time, contact us — extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis and we will not withdraw access without reasonable notice.
3. What Is Included
Your enrolment fee covers:
- Access to the course materials for the stated duration
- Written feedback on submitted exercises from a member of the teaching team
- Access to weekly Q&A sessions (recordings available for those who cannot attend live)
- Email support from course instructors, with responses within one Thai working day during active cohort periods
- Starter notebooks, datasets, and reading notes as described in the course listing
The Portfolio Track additionally includes scheduled mentor sessions, code reviews at each project milestone, a project framework, and a written progress record.
We do not offer completion certificates. We describe what is taught, not what completing the course will lead to.
4. Payments and Instalment Options
Payment is in Thai Baht. For the Hands-On Machine Learning and AI Engineering Portfolio Track courses, instalment arrangements may be available. Contact us before enrolling to discuss what is possible. Any instalment arrangement must be agreed in writing before course access is given.
We do not process payments directly through this website. Payment details are provided during the enrolment conversation.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
If you contact us within 7 days of your enrolment confirmation and have not yet accessed any course materials, we will provide a full refund. After that point, or once course materials have been accessed, refunds are not available as a matter of course, but we will consider requests made in genuine exceptional circumstances.
If we cancel a course before it begins, we will provide a full refund. If we are unable to deliver a course after it has started due to reasons on our side, we will refund a proportional amount based on the portion not yet delivered.
6. Your Use of Course Materials
Course materials — including notebooks, datasets, notes, and exercises — are provided for your personal learning use. You may:
- Use and adapt the materials for your own study and projects
- Keep copies of the materials after the course ends
You may not:
- Share, sell, or redistribute course materials to others
- Use course materials to create a competing product or course
- Represent Neuronest course materials as your own original work in a public or commercial context
Work you produce yourself during the course — your code, notebooks, and portfolio project — belongs to you.
7. Conduct
We ask that you engage with the course honestly and with respect for other learners and the teaching team. We reserve the right to remove access, without refund, for behaviour that is abusive toward team members or other participants, or for submitting work that is not your own and presenting it as such.
8. Accuracy of Course Descriptions
We make every effort to keep course descriptions accurate. If a description changes significantly after you enrol, we will notify you directly. We do not make claims about outcomes — completing a course is not associated with any employment, salary, or career outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or any outcome you expected from completing a course that did not materialise.
We take reasonable steps to keep course materials accurate and the website functional, but we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify enrolled learners by email. Continued use of the site or course after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
