Neuronest ("we", "us", "our") is an online AI development school based at 17 Charoen Prathet Road, Chang Khlan, Muang, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or enrol in a course, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact and enrolment data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the course you are enquiring about or enrolled in.
- Website usage data: pages visited, browser type, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is collected through analytics cookies if you consent to them.
- Submitted course work: exercises, notebooks, and code you submit as part of a course. This is used exclusively to provide feedback and is not shared.
- Communications: the content of emails and messages you send us.
Legal basis: We process data on the basis of contract (to deliver the course you enrolled in), legitimate interest (to operate and improve the site), and consent (for analytics and marketing cookies, which you can withdraw at any time).
Retention: Enrolment records are kept for five years after the last course interaction. Website usage data collected via analytics is retained for 26 months. Submitted course work is kept for the duration of the course plus one year, then deleted unless you ask us to keep it longer.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To process your enrolment enquiry and send you course access details
- To provide exercise feedback and respond to support questions
- To send administrative messages about your course (schedule changes, session reminders)
- To send occasional updates about new courses, if you have opted in
- To understand how the website is used and make improvements
- To comply with applicable Thai law and respond to lawful requests
We do not sell your data. We do not use your submitted course work for any purpose other than providing feedback to you.
4. Third Parties
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site and deliver courses. These include cloud hosting infrastructure, email delivery services, and, where consent is given, Google Analytics. Each third party is required to handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
Where third-party services are based outside Thailand, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
5. Data Security
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS
- Access to personal data is restricted to team members who need it for their role
- We conduct periodic reviews of access controls and storage practices
- In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it

Neuronest courses are designed for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will notify enrolled learners by email. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
